The Bandos Culinary Exhibition was held in the Orchid Hall at Bandos Island Resort & Spa on the 18th of June 2010. Categories which were displayed included;
Fruit & Vegetable Carving Appetizers - Hot & Cold Main Course Authentic Cuisine Hot Cooking Live Dress the Cake Bakery & Pastry Show Piece Cold Dessert
Entrants to the competition were not limited to F&B Department staff, allowing staff from different departments to display their culinary skills. Gold, Silver and Bronze Medals were given out for each category. As well as being aesthetically pleasing, guests were also invited to try out the food. All in all- a good day! :)
