Russian Guest Relations Officer • Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Russian Language • Should have good knowledge of customer service. • Pleasant personality with positive and “can do” attitude. Reservations Officer • Exceptional communication skills both written & spoken. • Pleasant personality and ability to communicate and interact with people from diverse culturesand backgrounds. • Good computer knowledge and familiarity with hotel inventory management systems. • Previous experience preferred. • Pleasant personality with positive and “can do” attitude.
